1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card orders will not be processed until the matching ID is received and verified. Alternative payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal) do not require ID unless otherwise requested.
2. Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a different agreement is made in writing prior to purchase. If there's an issue with your order, reach out to us immediately so we can review it.
3. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
After an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.
We are not liable for stolen, lost, or missing packages, including those marked as delivered.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships.
5. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted unless we approve an exception. Double-check your size, address, and payment info before completing your order.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by location. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
